Eligibility Criteria
Property Requirements
- Located in England or Wales
- Domestic or non-domestic property
- Has a valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) or has a Utility bill
- Not a new build property
- Not social housing
Heating System Requirements
- Currently uses electric heating, gas, oil, LPG, or coal
- Property owner consents to the installation
- Installation capacity under 45kWth
