2-Year Comprehensive Workmanship Warranty
Comprehensive cover on all installation workmanship for 2 full years from the completion date. If anything is not right with our work, we fix it — at no cost to you.
MCS Certificate on Completion
An official Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) certificate is issued on completion of every installation. This is required to redeem the BUS voucher and adds value to your property.
5-Year Manufacturer's Warranty
Every heat pump unit comes with the full manufacturer's warranty — typically 5 years — giving you long-term protection on the equipment itself, separate from our workmanship cover.
DNO Application Completed
We handle the Distribution Network Operator (DNO) application on your behalf to ensure the installation is fully compliant with grid connection requirements. You don't need to do a thing.
Building Control Notification
All electrical work associated with your installation is formally notified to your local authority building control under Part P, fully compliant with BS7671 wiring regulations.
Full Documentation Pack
At handover you receive a complete documentation pack including: MCS certificate, manufacturer warranty, electrical installation certificate (EIC), building regulations compliance certificate, DNO confirmation, heat pump instructions manual, and a commissioning report.
