Every C12 Energy installation meets the highest industry standards. You receive: a 2-year comprehensive workmanship warranty, an MCS Certificate issued on completion, a manufacturer's warranty (typically 5 years), a completed DNO (Distribution Network Operator) application, and electrical work notified to your local authority building control. All work is carried out by fully qualified, MCS-certified engineers.

On completion you will receive a full documentation pack including your MCS Certificate, manufacturer warranty documents, electrical installation certificate (BS7671 compliant), building regulations compliance certificate, DNO application confirmation, a heat pump instructions manual, and a handover and commissioning report.
